Been following your work and appreciate always your courage, conviction and dedication to shining a light on UAP secrecy. Further appreciate the work you and Dylan and Jeff are doing with the Vanguard whistleblower support effort! Enjoyed the article insights and perspective. One thing that your article raised was the paragraph on the First Wave of Whistleblowers. Like your list of names, but doesnt the first wave go back much further. Lets call them vintage whistleblowers, as I am of a vintage age myself. Names that come to mind quickly are Robert Salas of Malmstrom MT incident and David Jacobs of the Vanderburg related incident, David Schindele of Minot ND incident. Others of course. We have seen them for years telling their stories without the interest level and curiosity we see today. I admire you and all those you have named. But I admire even more those that told their stories many times over the decades and faced ridicule essentially alone. Are their stories too 'vintage' or less interesting now? They anchor the whistleblower stories back to the 60's and before, which puts your first wave group in a larger context and perspective. It would be interesting to see an article on whistleblowers UFO then and UAP now and recognize and document those brave souls and how the whisteblower experience has evolved over the years. Applaud your work Matthew and the sacrifices you and your family make to do this work!!
My respects MB. The UFO community really got a diamond when you came forward. You hit a subject very sensitive to me and I greatly appreciate that.
To speak plainly, yet with the full weight of language’s moral inheritance, of a nation that has too often proclaimed its exceptionalism while systematically violating the sovereignty of Tribal nations and the bodily and spiritual integrity of Indigenous peoples. From the nineteenth century onward, the United States has enacted policies and practices that reduced sovereign territories—recognized by treaty and ancestral title—to mere administrative zones subject to unilateral federal dominion. This was not mere territorial ambition; it was a philosophical negation of Indigenous self-determination, a rewriting of the social contract that rendered Native nations simultaneously inside and outside the republic’s protections.
More haunting still is the chapter written in laboratories and unmarked graves. The historical record reveals patterns of human experimentation—behavioral, medical, and, in certain documented cases, genetic—that treated Indigenous bodies as material for state and scientific inquiry.
Children removed under the auspices of assimilationist boarding schools were, in some instances, subjected to nutritional, psychological, and eugenic studies that blurred the line between education and surveillance. Forced sterilizations, often justified under the banner of public health or social improvement, constituted a direct assault on the genetic futures of entire communities. These were not isolated aberrations but expressions of a deeper logic: the reduction of the Indigenous person to a manageable variable in the national experiment.
Compounding these violations were the quieter, more insidious mechanisms of disappearance and elimination. Kidnappings under color of law, forced removals that severed children from kin and culture, and the persistent phenomenon of murdered and missing Indigenous women and girls—these form a spectral archive of state-adjacent violence. When sovereignty is abrogated, the body itself becomes contested territory. The forced disappearance is not merely logistical; it is ontological. It seeks to erase not only the individual but the continuity of memory, story, and relation that constitutes a people.
To confront this history is to recognize that language itself has been complicit. Treaties written in English and interpreted through Anglo-American jurisprudence often served as instruments of dispossession, their elegant phrasing masking the violence that followed.
"I watch them fight and die in the name of Freedom. They speak of Liberty and Justice. But for who?"
Here is the broader perspective and context that should be taken into consideration if you want to understand secrecy behind udfo/uap and related technologies
If even half of the claims that Grusch made during his testimony are true, Disclosure is tantamount to reorganizing the social constructs that underpin modern nation states. What you're advocating for is rational and courageous. The fear is that those in power rarely give it up willingly, and the concentration of that type of power would make fiat monetary economies obsolete in turn as well.
Not until all the cards are on the table will humanity be able to make intelligent choices about how to proceed with our collective future.
Why is it necessary to define constraints in advance of the specifics in the first place? This seems to me like how a control system operates. Would also like to know if all of your claims on past transgressions are substantiated or speculative?
I have very mixed feelings about this, especially where it may be coming from...a president who also pardoned a lot of dangerous insurrectionists for what happened January 6th. And I am an experiencer. Considering how shabby abductees and other experiencers have been treated for generations, hundreds, maybe thousands of people with broken families, lost jobs, and their sanity questioned...?
I feel that these government/military people should not be given blanket amnesty. I applaud those who have come forward on their own and revealed what they know, and they should not be punished. This should be a nation and "government of the people, by the people, and for the people", as was so eloquently stated by Abraham Lincoln. To that end, we should not make 'deals' to get at the truth that affects everyone in this country...and the world. So much of what our government has done in the name of secrecy is evil.
I forget where I got this, but I wrote it down for future reference, and I feel it applies here:
"Without truth, there can be no reconciliation. Without accountability, there can be no trust. And without justice — even imperfect justice — there can be no lasting peace between the American people and the institutions built to serve them."
Another stellar article Matt. Your grasp of history is truly an asset. I applaud your three step process. I would add a fourth: The creation and establishment of an independent board to retrospectively evaluate claims of unlawful retaliation and retribution against those, such as yourself, who have already come forward and, where warranted, provide a streamlined restitution or litigation process.
I hope the UFO community will start researching and better understanding electronic weapons, surveillance and lighter-than-air UAV tech. Why?
1. These technologies need to be ruled out before we jump to an alien or NHI hypothesis to explain anything we see, hear, think or feel. Yes even if it's recorded on a video.
2. We have a responsibility to not spread misinformation designed to hide illegal use of these technologies. In fact we are potentially complicit in helping to hurt innocent people by serving as useful idiots.
We are currently limiting our imagination to what's possible based on 80 year old technology of jets and rockets. Perhaps that's been done to us on purpose but there is no excuse any longer to remain willfully ignorant because we want to "believe" something isn't man-made.
Yes, consciousness and psychic abilities are our birthright.
Yes, we've been lied to and our science was taught wrong and we were blocked from advancing.
Fine, the breakaway guys herded us like Cattle, Slaves and oppressed us for god knows how long.
Let bygones be bygones, we don't want an eye for an eye. enough with all the drama. Let's ready everyone and bring on the GREAT AWAKENING. The unlocking of the Human Consciousness. Realising our full true potential.
How to go into the SELF. the exact method and procedure. Tell us how it's done. We can all become psychic, with siddhis and superpowers.
We can forgive past lies and deceits, the withholding of NHI materials, and the preferential treatment of select corporations. We need not forgive "un-aliving," kidnapping, or the abuse of minors. We have seen from the current crop of whistleblowers that promises of major disclosures are often insubstantial, so let's not forgive crimes against humanity in exchange for information of low value.
Thank you for everything you do Matthew. For everyone in the chat reading this. Look into targeted individuals. What we go through is very, very real and likely done with tech stemming from the Legacy Program. Directed energy weapons ARE being used to torture US citizens. Mind reading technology exists and we've had this capability for decades. It is also being used to torture US citizens. Please god free us from our torment.
This is so well written and so thoughtful Matthew. Kudos!
As I began to read it, I saw George Washington's face in my mind's eye, and was happy to eventually see that you referenced him. He was one of my ancestors, my 6th cousin, and he is the reason why my grandmother wanted me to have George as my middle name. I think of him every time I see a politician lying into a microphone, in front of a camera.
He was not a perfect man, but he sought to possess the character of an honest man. I do not know you, but I feel this about you. We are a transitional generation unlike any other, facing those in positions of power, whose superpower is lying, while walking on a foundation of lies, lying while, as you say, preserving secrecy. We have the right to know who we are, where we come from, and what many of us who are experiencers are actually seeing, feeling, and have come to know to some degree.
Secrecy preserved, is toxicity of the highest order. How often I wonder what George would have to say about all you wrote about, especially the lying, secrecy, threats, and profound disrespect of humanity, about things we have every right to know about.
For what its worth, the only reason I joined X was not for followers, not to post much, and not to get into obnoxious discussions about politics, but to follow you and read your content, because after watching your first interview while using my own discernment, I felt in my solar plexus that I might find what George, what I, and so many others seek...truth among a sea of lies and chaos. I will continue to follow your work and support it as much as I can, and will continue to engage with the NHI in the Secret Mountain Wilderness, without fear, and with as much truth as I can muster.
We are in a situation unlike any other in human history. Right now, humanity is standing at the ledge of an abyss of our own making. The tendencies of our species has created a fractured civilization that is led by madmen bent on maintaining the status quo of perpetual scarcity to continue satisfying their thirst for power, profits, and prestige. While we watch dust swirling downward into the blackness only a step away, all around us is the solution -- truth. Not ideologies and superstitious beliefs made up by man but fundamental facts about the nature of reality, our place in the universe, the nearly infinite degree of connectivity all sentient beings possess, and how it all points back to a big "G" God, the creator of everything.
The reality of the situation is that humanity can either stay in cocoon of ignorance for another fifty or a hundred years until a black swan event ravages our world OR we can do whatever it takes to make disclosure happen, now. After studying the UFO topic since childhood, I'm now one hundred percent convinced (from a huge mosaic of evidence) of at least three things.
First, there have been a broad array of crash recoveries and reverse engineering programs: some of which were successful and led to the production of the Fluxliner ARV and subsequent vehicles that DO NOT REQUIRE META-MATERIALS. The self organized quantum coherent plasmoid (from my research composed of a medium of Mercury isotope 199) technology offers humanity the ability to generate unlimited clean energy and also allows for ultra fast and efficient transportation, virtually anywhere in the solar system, at least.
Secondly, like biological organisms and the brain itself, the universe obeys the concepts of the "Free Energy Principle" in that it seeks to minimize surprisal or "free energy" through active inference. Thus, the high precision, high certainty predictions of human beings about the outcome of applied psychokinetic intentions are made to manifest. I know this both from my research and personal experience: although I'm not an "expert" I've been able to make a thick, stainless steel serving spoon that I may have been able to bend one millimeter heaving and grunting using physical force bend almost instantly at a ninety degree angle -- after an hour of meditation. Right now, there are multiple workshops teaching people have to bend even heavier, stronger objects, move objects through telekinesis, heal through intention, stick objects to walls, and even read completely blindfolded. In fact, people without physical eyes and only non-functional prosthetics are learning how to read, with a blindfold on just to please the skeptics that think somehow even without eyes they are cheating.
Thirdly, that there are aspects of the military industrial complex that while not knowing *everything* hold a huge amount of information about at least a few of the types of entities visiting or "co-inhabiting" our planet. In our age of extreme political correctness, if someone attempted to "cancel" a race or ethnicity of humans by denying or classifying their existence, they'd be called bigots and racists. Yet there are those in private corporations and the military industrial complex that have the audacity to try and suppress the knowledge of the existence of entire species of sentient beings. This is nothing short of complete xenobigotry at it's worst, something that any self respecting "woke" liberal should be infuriated about (in addition to decent people of all other ideologies).
Between world changing technology that was developed fifty or sixty years ago, the birthright of all human beings to directly manipulate physical reality around them, and the likely far more advanced non-human neighbors which are literally at our doorstep, what's being held back by the gatekeepers and stakeholders is what Col. Philip J. Corso correctly described as a NEW WORLD!
We desperately need these truths to emerge so they can shatter every paradigm and establish new foundations for our species, because our current ones CAN NOT HOLD much longer. And that's because they aren't based on truth and facts about reality.
So here's the issue that has perpetually plagued me for many years now, since the latest whistleblowers began to emerge.
I understand the huge risks involved when there are multiple agencies and corporations with well funded security forces tasked to maintain secrecy at all costs. I firmly believe that many of the types of incidents you list have indeed occurred, probably many times over.
I understand the fact that married people with children have more than themselves to think about. Any decision they make can have significant and perhaps almost immediate impact on their closest loved ones.
I understand the fact that many older, retired whistleblowers simply want to enjoy their final decades of life gracefully and peacefully spending time with their spouses, children, and grandchildren. Becoming the focus of media attention and thousands of amateur ufologists would only work against the retirement they worked and sacrificed decades to build.
I could write an entire essay going on and on about the risks of coming out and telling the truth, the whole truth, and holding back nothing to expose the UFO coverup once and for all. To be honest, it's something that daunting to think about -- attempting to put myself in the heads of those insiders with such information makes my heart truly feel for what they are going through.
But, at the same time, many such insiders when they were younger were so brave, bold, and courageous they risked EVERYTHING fighting wars in distant barbaric lands. In these conflicts that achieved virtually nothing in the big scheme of things, they risked their health, well being, and life in a hundred different ways. And even if they came out mostly physically unscathed, they endured continual psychological hardship every time one of their fellow soldiers made the ultimate sacrifice. Or, perhaps worse depending on someone's view point, went home permanently and nearly fully disabled, scared, and traumatized.
My question is this: if in their youth many of these whistleblowers were willing to sacrifice EVERYTHING in an effort to accomplish almost NOTHING except being the pawn of old men wanting young men to fight and potentially die for them, then why do we have so few or seemingly zero whistleblowers deciding to take the risk of sharing ALL they know?
Yes, this would be a gigantic risk and could have huge consequences. But they would be doing it for a cause that could change the entire world FOREVER. Instead of the best case being that all their efforts allowed one set of corrupt leaders to replace previous corrupt leader(s), the act of taking such a risk for UFO disclosure would be allowing humanity to break out of the cocoon that's inhibiting us from growing as a species into what we're ultimately supposed to become.
If someone doesn't want to share what they know, there are very good reasons for them not to do so and they should still be respected. And for coming out at all and sharing anything they should be respected -- because most whistleblowers have faced significant hardships for even sharing a fraction of the info they possess.
But what's the reason that not even ONE insider with true "core secrets" won't come forth and reveal what could crack the cover up open once and for all?
Is it simply that they are older, more mature, and more settled in life so they don't want to take risks?
Or is it that they are far more indoctrinated into the idea that keeping secrets (even the kind that are keeping the entire human species in a state of ignorance) is somehow patriotic? I hear whistleblowers say all the time that they are trying to go about sharing UFO information in the most correct and official manner possible. If they want to do this to protect themselves and their family, then that's perfectly acceptable and their decision should be respected. However, have some of them been indoctrinated to the extent that they think revealing core secrets of the most horrible, outrageous cover up in human history would make them some kind of traitor instead of a hero and patriot?
If I were in their shoes, I don't know what I would do. That's the honest to goodness answer. The very fact that so many whistleblowers were willing to go into battle zones makes them braver and stronger than myself. I get a little freaked out when neighbors get a little too overzealous with their fireworks on the Forth of July and I want to stay away from windows. But for the sake of ALL HUMANITY we need at least one of these whistleblowers with deep "core secrets" to share what they know to bring the coverup down once and for all.
It simply perplexes me that not a single one of them has done so, even if I respect all the reasons they may not want to take such a risk.
It’s most plausible that UFOs are the only thing USG doesn’t care about and everything in your list is what they do care about. What if “amnesty” is really for 11,12, and 13 (weapons, experiments, and trafficking) and promises about “disclosure” are a tool to get us to grant it to them?
What would be more ontologically shocking; aliens are real or your own government has the technology to target anyone and change what they think, see, hear and feel?
This is exactly what they fear. The government has access to remote neural monitoring. The next stage of warfare is in the mind. Look into Targeted Individuals, our claims are true despite how far fetched they may seem. No one will believe us.
It's been a brilliant counterintelligence strategy. The general public is willing to accept that aliens and telepathy are real but reject any notion of electronic weapons use as a wild "conspiracy theory".
If you were a program manager tasked with hiding unethical or illegal weapons experiments what would you do different?

To speak plainly, yet with the full weight of language’s moral inheritance, of a nation that has too often proclaimed its exceptionalism while systematically violating the sovereignty of Tribal nations and the bodily and spiritual integrity of Indigenous peoples. Matthew,
We are in a situation unlike any other in human history.

Thank you Matthew! You are a true and brave American.
